The Israeli Foreign Ministry is reportedly planning to raise the Palestinian use of children as "human shields" in clashes with Israel with UN Human Rights Commission Mary Robinson during her fact-finding trip to the region. According to other media reports, Palestinian leaders are claiming that they are requesting that Palestinians under the age of 16 not participate in anti-Israel demonstration. However, Israeli analysts note that no such directive has appeared in the Palestinian media.
