A domestic extremism expert with the Anti-Defamation League recently presented a series of trainings in Arizona.

The expert presented to approximately 30 gang officers at the Skinhead Intelligence Network (SIN) in Gilbert.  The attendees represented police departments from the cities of Peoria, Glendale, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert, as well as the Arizona Department of Public Safety, and Arizona Department of Corrections.  

The expert also conducted a briefing on "white gangs" for a group of approximately 150 gang officers in Tucson. The ADL expert presented information on ideologies, symbols, and criminal activities associated with white supremacists, covering both national trends and local Arizona activity.
