Most notable in this regard is his claim that Jews were responsible for conducting the 9/11 terrorist attacks against the United States, and that Jews maneuvered the U.S. into invading Iraq for Israel's benefit.

Tillawi combines Palestinian nationalism and opposition to Zionism with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories of hidden Jewish domination and financial power. Tillawi's Palestinian nationalism and anti-Jewish canards have enabled him to bridge the gap between left- and right-wing extremism. His shows have included extremists from both the far left and the far right and have ranged from interviews with left-wing anti-Zionists, such as James Petras, to taped speeches of right-wing anti-Semitic conspiracy theorists like Mark Glenn.
