Hesham Tillawi
Ideology

Hesham Tillawi's rhetoric has moved from "anti-Zionism" into unabashed anti-Semitism. Tillawi traffics freely in classic anti-Jewish canards, alleging frequently that Jews control the media and the American government, and that Jews clandestinely orchestrate world events for their own benefit. Most notable in this regard is his claim that Jews were responsible for conducting the 9/11 terrorist attacks against the United States, and that Jews maneuvered the U.S. into invading Iraq for Israel's benefit.

Tillawi combines Palestinian nationalism and opposition to Zionism with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories of hidden Jewish domination and financial power. Tillawi's Palestinian nationalism and anti-Jewish canards have enabled him to bridge the gap between left- and right-wing extremism. His shows have included extremists from both the far left and the far right and have ranged from interviews with left-wing anti-Zionists, such as James Petras, to taped speeches of right-wing anti-Semitic conspiracy theorists like Mark Glenn.
