Officers from a law enforcement task force arrested a white supremacist member of an outlaw motorcycle gang in Endwell, New York. 

Members of the New York – New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force Violent Felony Warrant Squad arrested Paul Huss, 38, on May 22, 2009, on an undisclosed parole violation.  He is also reportedly a person of interest in a domestic terrorism investigation.

Approximately 12 officers took Huss into custody.  At the time of his arrest, Huss was considered armed and extremely dangerous, with possible access to explosives and automatic weapons.  He and his wife were discovered in the garage of a local residence.  His wife was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana

Huss, who owns the Free Hand Fury tattoo shop in Johnson City, New York, was a recent parolee, released in September 2008 after serving six years in state prison for bank robbery and assault convictions in 2001.

Huss has also been identified as a person of interest in an ongoing investigation involving the arrests of nineteen individuals allegedly found to be in possession of automatic rifles and hand grenades in Western New York. 

Huss is a self-proclaimed member of the racist skinhead Eastern Hammerskins, as well as an adherent of the white supremacist Creativity Movement. According to law enforcement, Huss is also a member of the Buffalo-based outlaw motorcycle gang, Chosen Few.  In a 2002 jailhouse interview, Huss claimed to have first become a white supremacist while incarcerated.  Huss has numerous white supremacist tattoos covering his torso, arms and head.

The Violent Felony Warrant Squad includes New York and New Jersey state police, Binghamton police and Broome County sheriff's deputies.
