A Circuit Court Judge in Multnomah County, Oregon, convicted a white supremacist on numerous counts of sexual assault and burglary.
On June 3, the judge found Byron "Crash" O'Neal Willenberg, 35, guilty of first-degree rape, three counts of sodomy and first-degree burglary.
Willenberg had waived his right to a jury trial and prosecutors presented three days of testimony before the judge.
Police in Gresham, Oregon, in conjunction with the East Metro Gang Enforcement Team, arrested Willenberg at his Eagle Creek home in January 2009.
Willenberg, a member of the racist prison gang European Kindred, repeatedly sexually assaulted a 44-year-old Troutdale woman inside her apartment over two days in late December 2008, keeping her captive.
According to authorities, the woman was taken to the hospital for her injuries.
The victim told police that Willenberg kept her cell phone from her and threatened to kill her if she tried to call police. The victim also reported that several items, including her computer and printer, were stolen during the incident.
The prosecutor has stated that he will seek a sentence above standard guidelines due to Willenberg's prior criminal history.
Willenberg has been held at the Multnomah County Detention Center on $1 million bond since his arrest. His sentencing is scheduled for late August.
