Five members of Section 11, a racist skinhead group, pleaded guilty to multiple felonies in connection to the kidnapping and assault of one of the group’s members in 2006.
Martin Earl Driver Jr., 20, Michael Hemby, 20, Dustin Grey Fricke, 19, Tiffany Dawn O'Neal Maxwell, 36, and Albert Jack O'Neal, 17, all of Winterville, North Carolina, entered guilty pleas in July, 2007. Fricke and Driver must complete active jail sentences of 17 to 30 months and five months, respectively, while the others received probation and suspended sentences.
The group kidnapped the victim, shaved his head, and kicked him with steel-toed boots.
The leader of the group, Wallace Eugene Woodard III, also of Winterville, pleaded guilty in May to first- and second-degree kidnapping. He received 8.5 to 11 years in prison for his leadership role in the kidnappings.
