William "Bill" White is a Roanoke, Virginia-based neo-Nazi leader who was convicted in December 2009 for making threats against several individuals he perceived as personal enemies. Prior to his imprisonment in October 2008, White served as the "Commander" of the American National Socialist Worker's Party (ANSWP), a small Virginia-based neo-Nazi group that he founded in the summer of 2006.

White espouses a virulently anti-Semitic and racist ideology, and he has targeted Jews, blacks and other minorities by demonizing them in his writing and at rallies and other events.  He is also known for posting personal information about perceived enemies on the Internet. White is generally disliked by many in the extremist community due to his use of antagonistic propaganda, even against his fellow white supremacists. He is also known for being a publicity seeker.
