William "Bill" White is a Roanoke, Virginia-based neo-Nazi leader who was convicted in December 2009 for making threats against several individuals he perceived as personal enemies. Prior to his imprisonment in October 2008, White served as the "Commander" of the American National Socialist Worker's Party (ANSWP), a small Virginia-based neo-Nazi group that he founded in the summer of 2006.
