Anti-Semitism is intrinsic in Lashkar-e-Taiba (LET) ideology, along with anti-Western and anti-Israel sentiment.  The terrorist group's agenda, as explained in a LET pamphlet titled, "Why are we Waging Jihad," is to eliminate the "existential enemies of Islam," which are Israel, the U.S. and India. The terrorist group has publicly advocated violence, especially against India and the United States, and the destruction of Jews worldwide.

LET was also among the terrorist groups that signed the fatwa of Osama bin Laden's "Islamic Front for Jihad against Jews and Crusaders" in 1998. The fatwa, which called for war with Israel, Jews, western culture and western ideals, advocated killing "Americans and their allies, civilians and military," and liberating "Al Aksa Mosque and the Holy Mosque from their grip."

The founder and leader of LET, Hafiz Mohammed Saeed, has incited attacks against Indian and Western targets and declared "Christians, Jews and Hindus hatred against non-Muslims are enemies of Islam."  Following the September 11 terrorist attacks, Saeed announced that the attacks were carried out by the Zionists.
