Arab Cartoons Blame Jews for Crisis

Newspapers across the Arab/Muslim world routinely depict Jews and Israelis with hateful anti-Semitic images and caricatures.

As the economic crisis gripping Wall Street has unfolded around the world, editorial cartoonists in the Arab and Muslim have bought into conspiracy theories about Jewish involvement in theeconomic downturn.

The following are selected examples of cartoons appearing in the Arab and Muslim press that have blamed Jews for the crisis or suggested that Israel and the Jews played an underhanded role in undermining the financial markets for their own gain.
